Jon Edwards

Jon Edwards is responsible for developing the London Stock Exchange's business in the CIS and Eastern Europe. Helping potential listed companies and their advisers reach an informed decision on London and making introductions to the London-based community to facilitate an effective listing process are key elements of Jon's role.Mr. Edwards studied at Columbia University where he received his BA degree in Russian studies and joint JD/MBA degree in business and law. He joined the London Stock Exchange in August 2003, before which he worked on private equity transactions for Incepta Ventures UK Limited, Delta Capital and BNP-Invest. Mr. Edwards has more than ten years of experience working with CIS companies in the natural resources, consumer products, property, telecommunications and pharmaceuticals sectors.

Maksim Kondratjuk

Maksim Kondratjuk joined Primary Equity Markets team in 2010 as a part of the LSEG graduate programme. He holds an MSc Finance degree from the London School of Economics and BSc in Economics and Finance degree from Lancaster University Management School. Maksim has previous work experience in asset management and financial strategy consulting. At LSE, Maksim is responsible for developing the London Stock Exchange's primary markets business in CIS & Eastern Europe.

Ayuna Nechaeva

Ayuna Nechaeva is responsible for London Stock Exchange’s business development activities in Russia, CIS and Mongolia. Ayuna promotes London Stock Exchange markets, Main Market and AIM, among companies in these regions and facilitates communication between them and the London-based advisor and investor community. Ayuna Nechaeva holds an MA in Linguistics and Intercultural Communications from the Moscow State University and a Master’s in International Business from Grenoble Graduate School of Business. Prior to joining the London Stock Exchange, Ayuna worked for the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) both in Russia and the UK.
